CNC Punching/Forming

With fast operating times and quick set-ups, we offer high productivity and flexibility, which opens a wide spectrum of punching capabilities for sheet metal fabrication.

Our working range is 50" x 80" with 20 ton punching capacity. This enables us to punch thickness up to 1/4". Other features include repositioning system, 360 rotating head and accuracy within .004 inches and repeatability of .0012 inches. Our flexibility leaves the competition behind. High precision forming is capable on our CNC Press Brakes. Accuracy and close tolerance ensures that your products meet all the specifications you require.

Laser Cutting

The TRUMATIC L3050 laser machine is based on the flying optic principle,Which is where the workpiece remains stationary as the laser head is moved.With this technology BCL Manufacturing can assure fast and accurate precision products for our customers.

The TRUMATIC L3050 laser can cut steel up to 1" thick with precision accuracy of .oo4 inch. It's controlled by Siemens Sinumerik 840D.

With our TRUMATIC L3030 laser, we can offer the right solution for any application. This 5 foot by 10 foot flat sheet laser cutter, enables an unparalleled mix of speed, versatility and simplicity. The compact machine comes with a standard pallet changer with a number of advanced automation options.

Designed for processing versatility, the L 3030's flying optic" design allows it to maintain high speeds and tight tolerances regardless of sheet weight. The patented Autolas® programmable focus system, quick-change cutting heads, and in-depth materials database allows us to change from thin sheet to thick plate in a matter of seconds.

Welding

Our welding services include AWS D 1.1 and AWS D 1 .2. Technical support in design and development of new products are an integral part of our process.
